Booking and Cancellations
Bookings
For hunts that are booked for the calendar year you are in, we require a 50% deposit in U.S. funds to hold your spot. The balance of the hunt is due June 30th the year of the hunt.
If you are making a booking for a hunt taking place in a future year, we require 25% down, with the other 25% of the deposit being due the first of January of the year in which the hunt takes place.
Deposits
When making your deposits and payments, we prefer Cash, E-transfers or Money Orders.
Indemnities
We strongly recommend that all hunters purchase travel, health and cancellation insurance directly after booking a hunt. Please note that each person will be required to sign a waiver releasing “Mountain Muley's, operating on behalf of Cowboy Country Log Homes Ltd.” from all risks.
Gratuities
Gratuities for guides/staff are customary and very much appreciated, typically 10-15% of the cost of the hunt paid out as you see fit.
Cancellations
Deposits are non refundable. We understand that life happens and we do our best to accommodate our guests, however please understand that hunt deposits are used to cover the year round expenses associated with a hunting outfit.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Allergies:
If you have an allergy or condition that may require medication, an inhaler, or an Epi-Pen please make sure to bring them along.
Dietary Restrictions:
Please inform us prior to your hunt of any dietary restrictions you may have so we can do our best to accommodate.
Hunt Itinerary
Our hunts are all inclusive starting the day of your hunt. The only thing you will need is your rifle/ammo, good binoculars and your personal gear (GEAR LIST)

Hotels before and after your hunt are not included, however we would be happy to pick you up at the Calgary International Airport and Drop you off at your hotel. We recommend the Black Diamond Bar and Hotel (blackdiamondhotel.com 403-933-4656) or the Wood Stock Hotel (woodstockhotels.ca 403-933-7878)

You should be comfortable shooting up to 300yards and your rifle should be adequate to handle small to medium game. Before we head out from the ranch to the hunting territory there will be an opportunity to shoot your rifle to ensure it is still sited in after travel.
